About St Fagans
Possibly occupied in prehistoric times. In 1947 the Earl of Plymouth donated St Fagans Castle to the National Museum of Cardiff.Still partly owned by the Earl, St Fagans lies in a rural area on the fringe of Cardiff, with museum and castle attractions.
It became a suburb of Cardiff in 1974.
