Built in 1992 to look somewhat older. Initially planned as a cafe/bar venue, the front building became offices, with the conservatory and rear building now the Wharf.

Inside
A very unusual pub, a very large pub, and an active one to boot.
The friendly welcoming atmosphere attracts a real mix of students, and workers young and old. The conservatory, also high roofed, is something of a sun trap.
Upstairs is a 250 capacity function room for Wedding receptions and 21+ birthday parties.
This is very much an entertainments pub, unusually hosting regular Thursday comedy acts, and live music on Mondays and Saturdays, the former being acoustic.
