This is a quaint working mans pub, with a small lounge and bar (not open in the day). Decor is fairly modern, with sofa type seating around the walls. It principally attracts regular locals, with some lively characters. The Don card game can often be seen played.

The bookmakers next door attracts afternoon horse punters.
