Until 1974 was the Taff Embankment.

Overlooking a strip of grass adjacent to the river Taff, this pub was a regular for Taff Trail walkers.

Alas, it is now boarded up prior to redevelopment.

June 2006 : according to a BBC Wales Internet report, the pub has been hit fora 3rd time by arsonists.
