A very distinguished looking traditional pub, both outside and in, it attracts a diverse mix of customers. The long, wooden L shaped bar extends from the non-smoking lounge along to a raised end seating area.
This is a friendly, and particularly clean and tidy pub, making for a relaxing atmosphere. The good range of quality meals is supplemented by specials, and a roast on Sundays.
